This is an awesome book to help push your team into thinking creatively. I would say its definitely a 5 out of 5
2) Communicating for a Change By Andy Stanley and Lane Jones
A good book about communicating effectively. I would give it 4 out of 5 I really enjoyed the illistration story at the beginning.
