It seems to happen earlier and earlier each year but its already getting to be that time of year. Before you make too many plans or buy too many gifts take a second and watch this and if you like go here.
Last year We got together with some of our family and instead of gifts we all pooled our money to go to Smile Train. It is awesome to think that two little kids lives are forever changed instead of us ending up with more stuff to wear or things to take to goodwill. Not trying to tell you what to do but just take a second and think about what type of legacy you want to leave, especially if you have kids. Let it be a time where our actions line up with our words and be thankful, generous and love others. Just a thought.

Season’s greetings from Smile Train!
I read your blog and wanted to thank you for your support of Smile Train through this holiday season. It truly means the world to us that you give the gift of a smile, which gives these poor children all over the world a new sense of life and belonging.
Since we started in 1999, Smile Train has completed over 355,000 surgeries in 75 developing nations all over the world. With your help, we will soon be able to complete more surgeries in a year than children born with clefts in these developing nations.
