So we put up the Christmas tree and decorated it.  The girls really enjoyed it.  Could have been the cookies we baked and pigged out on, but maybe not.  We’ve had quite a time keeping all the ornaments on the tree as the girls assume that the tree is just like the shelves in their play room, there to hold their toys until they are ready to play with them.  Thats the bad part about getting them ornaments that look cute and fun, they look cute and fun.  Now in retrospect, playing with the ornaments isn’t so bad when you compare that to what Emery did the other day.  I heard a crunch and thought what was that,  Jen and I look and there is Emery chewing up a light.  I mean are you kidding me?  I pick her up and sweep the mouth and pull out glass.  Luckily the lights weren’t on yet.  I’ve decided that next year we are decorating the three with Broccoli and Asparagus, ‘cuz veggies are about the only think that Emery won’t eat!
